Ordering

Pricing for AluChef products is not displayed on our website. All quotations are provided individually upon request. When you accept a quotation and place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order in cases of incorrect or outdated quotation details, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are supplied on a per-quote basis and include VAT where applicable. Only the prices stated in your accepted quotation are valid for your order. Available payment methods and payment terms will be specified in your quotation or invoice. Prices provided in quotations may be time-limited.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be included in your quotation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, availability, and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Returns & Refunds (EU Consumers)

Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom-coloured or personalised products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products missing original packaging

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of income, business interruption, or data loss.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by Swedish courts.
